2) should I buy an aftermarket cooler for intel i5 7500 because currently I live in india and here the temp reaches upto 45°C kn summers. .

4) which motherboard (on a budget) would be best for Intel i5 7500
5) if not intel i5 7500 which is the best budget processor for csgo.
