So my CPU usage is at %40 and my GPU usage is at %90-99 and GPU is around 50-60C and I am using Windows 10 and my game Is from Steam, I can't get stable 60 fps doesn't matter which setting I use I used DDU and did a clean driver install I even redownloaded the game still bad fps please help me guys. Thanks

turn down/off all advanced settings in gta5
fxaa, normal post-fx quality, normal grass quality, normal shader quality

make sure you are not using super resolution

make sure the monitor is hooked up to the gpu and not the motherboard

monitor cpu/gpu temps

All of my advanced settings are off and I did the settings that you told me, super res was off now I am getting 60 to 80 fps driving around in online but distance road and grass looks really bad and I can't check my cpu temp for some odd reason do you have a suggested program for that ?

Playing @ 1080 and just reinstalled windows and still no luck :(
