pc severely underperforming

Hey, I built this pc about a year or 2 ago and consistently have been upgrading the parts.

Playing overwatch on low settings and barely scraping 144 fps consistently (144hz monitor)

pc parts are:

CPU: Intel i7 4790k
Motherboard: ASRock - Z97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory(ram): G.Skill - Ripjaws X Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB
SanDisk SSD Plus 240GB
Video card: Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti
Power supply: Thermaltake - Smart M 850W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Operating system: Windows 8.1

No, I get pretty poor performance on most games I play. Here are my most recent overwatch session on hwmonitor. I don't exactly know what to look for but here are the pics.

I have a corsair h80i gt, I just cleaned it out... it was full of dust took like an hour and a half to get it all put together again now its even hotter. I took off the thermal paste and put on more using the pea sized method.
