When i turn on my computer it will run fine for 1-2 hours and then it will freeze. when i try to restart the computer it freezes at the spinning dots, however i can access and navigate in bios just fine.

I have tried to take out each ram, tried to take out the HDD's and boot from a USB but it still doesnt work. The temps for CPU and GPU when im a gaming are both under 70 degrees and motherboard was under 50 before it freezes

My specs are;
Maximus vi hero - 3 years old
i7 4770 k - 4 months
GTX 780ti - 3 years
AX860 i power supply - 3 years
4 * kingston 4096 mb 1333 mhz memory 3 years

I dont know what to do know, but i think it is a motherboard problem. The motherboard beeps 1 time and it says A0 on the motherboard, which i understand as everything is fine.

No, it doesn't sound like it now. Since you already tried running the computer with all the RAM removed except for one stick, we may be able to eliminate that as the problem. From here on out it may be trial and error. Where are you now as to an OS? I presume none is loaded? Or were you able to install Win?

It still happens after i have tried safemode and ccleaner. I also completely wiped the computer and restored it to factory default, so i dont think it is a software issue.
