Hello... you need to get the MB properly installed into your case... determine who is responsible for getting stand-off's for your case... typically the case maker... I would e-mail their customer support... provide your model and serial # and any digital evidence? and ask them if they forget to pack the bag of stand-off's... or if the back-plate was designed not to use them?
Hello... well... how and what are you using for a monitor connection?

1) Typically on first boot of a new intel system... the BIO's will default to the CPU/IGT and the MB video output connectors... until you set the BIO's for ext PCIe (save&exit) and exterior GPU card use and connection... did you do that?

I'm using an HDMI 70 inch smart TV. It's brand is Vizio.
It never has problems using hdmi

Hello... as a "simple test" connect your HDMI cable to your MB video connector and see if you have video signal from there B /

Yeah, no, there was nothing in the case nor motherboard so I assumed I was all good... So was that the problem? Just the stand offs? Is my mother completely screwed?

Hello... basically before you would send a MB in for RMA... they will ask you to remove the MB from the case and re-test it on the MB BOX it came in... improper Case mounting is common... so that is your next step.

also do a product check on the web to see if you need a bag of stand off's sent to you. B /

Ok but what do you mean by testing the MB? Like it works and everything runs when I turn it on, like fans, hdd, gpu, etc

Hello... OK good B )... well if you were still having problems... and you are not using stand offs... that would be the Next best test before a RMA claim. Ya the MB's are not meant to be run flat against the metal back plate... the back plate will be at "ground" voltage level.

Like testing my computer with standoffs?

Hello... yes... the cardboard Box will not interfere with the electrical connections on the bottom of the MB... some people call it 'bread boarding" I call it "card boarding" B D ...and doing this have helped me find/confirm mounting problems... and RMA needs B /

bread boarding is more of a "discrete" component placement and circuit design, fast temporary wiring procedure... without a circuit board.

Ok, so to recap...
My mother is okay, it's just the metal casing on my case that's not letting it boot so to prevent this I need standoffs.
After the standoffs thing fixes will there be any other problems?
