Need to find an external GPU for Desktop computer what would you recommend???

Can't afford for a computer geek to put in a GPU and I need one at a low price I'm not that savvy to do it myself either to put it inside so I need an External GPU for my desktop computer any recommendations???

Need full system specs on the system you have, video card for what use? External video cards are not worth getting unless you are just trying to expand how many monitors you have connected.
