Speakers not working, and not even showing under Playback Devices in Windows 8.1

Hey guys, I'm asking here as a last resort. I swear I've tried everything to get my speakers to work.
Here's my current issue:
My SPEAKER
aren't working through my computer. I have tested them through MP3 players, and my cell phone, and they work fine on those, but for whatever reason my onboard sound refuses to acknowledge that I even have speakers.
Here's my motherboard:
MSI H110 PRO VDHP
{AND YES THE NAME OF MOBO IS CORRECT U WON'T FIND ANY DETAIL ABOUT IT ONLINE ITS A SPECIAL MOBO ]
Here's a list of things that I have tried to fix them:
1. Ensure they're plugged into the correct port on the back
2. Make sure they have power.
3. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my realtek sound drivers multiple times with computer restarts to no avail.
4. I have even tried older drivers on realtek's webpage to see if they might work.
5. I even upgraded the drivers for my motherboard itself to see if it would help in any way; with no luck as well.
6. I tried a separate set of speakers (Logitech 5.1) and they did not work either. I confirmed these speakers worked on MP3 players and phones too.
The only thing showing under my Playback devices is: Realtek HDMI output, and it says it is plugged in.
No matter what Realtek Codec and sound driver I tried loading, Realtek HD Audio Manager would not show up on my computer.
Under device manager I have also tried to change the sound drivers manually, and I was still unable to fix it.

8Gb Ram
