Rear exhaust fan fell out

My father bought me a computer for my birthday like 5 months ago, and I started hearing a squeaking noise coming from the rear exhaust fan. Then after some time the thing just flat out fell out so I was wondering if I will need to replace it or what will happen if I didn't replace it.

Oh, the fan blades fell off the motor mount.
In that case, youll just have to buy a new fan and put it in that ones place (Super easy, just remove the cable from that one and unscrew the 4 screws, and redo it for the new one).

Is it alright if I just leave like that? I have a lot of circulation of cool air and hot air coming through the computer.
