EVGA GeForce 1060 causing beeps

I got a new graphics card 2 weeks ago, the EVGA 1060 dual fan. I found out I need a new power supply and so I got one so power isn't a issue, I have a EVGA supernova 750w G2G gold addition. I have an MSI mother board that is compatible with the graphics card, I used to have an AMD graphics N1996. I uninstalled it's drivers. And it still beeps 7 times.

I didn't buy the computer all together it was built by my father using AMD hardware.

Well. My bios are up-to-date and every thing else is fine. Honestly I'm just thinking about building a whole new computer since I have to buy so many parts for it. Alot of my stuff is old. But it works fine on the majority of games with the lowest graphics. I need a new processor and with that I may aswell get new stuff since my RAM stick are no longer supported.
