My Passport ultra not working

My external HDD is not shown in the explorer. Even in the device manager it shows up after a few minutes. On linux mint it shows up but when I try to access a file/ folder the Dolphin file manger crashes. Very rarely the explorer shows the dialog to find and fix errors. On running it I got

Any help to retrive the data will be appreciated.
 
Solution
If you can't read the disk and a program like Recuva won't help, you will need to get the disk to a professional data recovery place to get the data from it.
You can try removing it from the enclosure which will void the warranty but I'm sure you'd rather have your data back. Some drives have a custom connector and / or built in encryption in the enclosure connection which will make using it without one impossible.
