Although that PSU is on a good deal, I'd still put the money into a better one like a Corsair RMx, EVGA G2/G3, or BitFenix whisper, especially since it still fits within budget. Other than that, I agree with this build.

the power draw is less than 400W and seasonic is a really good brand. the only issue i see there is its non modular[if cable management is good, no issues here]. the corsair cxm550 is on sale around 40 bucks and thats semi modular.

i dont think op is gonna tax his gpu [the max current drawing component] with video editing [cpu intensive?] so i think he is good with that discount model. but yeah, the ones u suggested still do their job and fits within the budget. let OP make the call ;)

I mainly recommended those power supplies more so because of it's better electrical performance and build quality, which will last longer, produce less heat, other parts last longer, better overclocking and reliability. iirc the s12ii failed to regulate the voltage within spec at cross load workloads. Also recommending by brand is a poor way to go as they all have their good and bad, including seasonic. Not saying the Seasonic s12ii isn't okay, there's just better. However, yes I agree OP probably won't be working at high amperage given his intentions.
