I want to know should i make any changes in graphic card and ram and compatibility of my choosen components

Solution
The RAM yes, it's compatible but not a good pairing with a Ryzen CPU. Ryzen benefits greatly from RAM faster than 2133 MHz, i strongly advise you invest in a kit that's faster. 2800-3200 MHz is a good sweet spot. May i ask why you are buying a 1000w Power Supply? This would run on a 400w PSU just fine... Finally what is this build for? Most the suggestions i could make would be dependant on what you plan on doing with this PC, if it's for Gaming you'll want to re-evaluate the part choices greatly. But everything else is indeed compatible. Hope this helps :)

my advice, get the cpu/mobo/ram/gpu/ssd/psu from www.newegg.com india import. its cheaper there.
go for ryzen 1600 and save up on the cooler. 1600 comes with a decent stock cooler even for overclocking.
go for 3000/3200 mhz rams and get the XFX RX580 4gb for 14k from there.
get the mushkin reactor 250gb ssd and seasonic M12II 750W [if u r gonna be using only a single gpu, an antec VP500pc from amazon will do]
mobo is ur choice.

get a Antec GX300 from mdcomputers.in and HDD from local retailers or amazon or mdcomputers. since u r going for a rx580, get a free sync monitor like this http://www.amazon.in/LG-22MP68VQ-Full-MONITOR-1920x1080/dp/B01IBM5V66?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_sfl_title_2&smid=A1LYMVS2P1NTRS

I agree, these particular system components probably won't draw much more than a couple-hundred watts from the PSU under load. I would spend less than half as much on a decent ~500 watt PSU, and put the money saved into some components that will improve performance. If this system is intended for gaming, you could easily move up to a GTX 1060 6GB or an RX 580, for example, and maybe a bit higher-clocked RAM.
