GPU clock all over the place when idling

When im at desktop ,idling ,i noticed that my RX460 GPU clock is going from about 300mhz to 1100 mhz in matter of seconds ,why is this happening.Halp plz.

Hello... Well... you read it from this one different... Well... that's 50/50 so there is a chance... can you make a Video of it... post it... I work better in front/next to a machine to get diagnostics right B /

Let me see the Freq of this change is what I'm going to be looking at... also add/open a small window of the task manager applications and processes to the screen... let me see what is happening in background of your hardware/software.

If you feel you have something odd going on... Then I'm here to look closer at it for you B )

No ,im not ,but its just strange.Going from the idle clock to max clock ,its just weird.

I turned power efficiency in radeon settings and now it seems fine.
