I recently bought a GTX 1070, upgrading from a GTX 1050ti, and while the improvement is there, the 1070 is not performing as well as it should. I tested it on games such as PUBG, Rust, The WIther 3, and Battlefield 1. The FPS I'm getting is no where near what benchmarks show. This is especially in PUBG, which I know is early access and highly unoptimized, I am not getting near the fps that people online with the same GPU are. I have set power management to Prefer Max Performance in Nvidia control panel.

My Specs:
i5 6400
EVGA Gtx 1070 ftw
Crucial 16gb ram 2133 mhz
500w EVGA power supply
Gigabyte GA-H110M-M.2 mobo

holy moly, your graphics score is 6000 sumthing. your graphics score should be upwards of 18,000. in the graphics card section it says your card is running at 253mhz when it should show your higest boost clock, somthing in the 1600-1700mhz range. looks likes your physics score(cpu) is fine for an i5.

something isn't right. are the fans on the gpu spinning? do you have the pcie power pins securely plugged in from the power supply? CAREFULLY makes sure they are, dont force or bend anything.

run ddu to completely flush your graphics drivers.

ahah thank you so much. I guess my pcie pins were not in properly, fixed that, and my graphics score went from 6000 to 19000 :)
