Hello peeps, so after you guys helped me to decide which PSU to buy i've bought myself a Corsair Vengeance 650M an absolute beast PSU for a budget i had.

But now after few days(aprox 10-20hrs of use) it started making a weird noise. Sometimes its quiet for 8 hours straight and sometimes its just loud. I actually stressed my GPU for 2 hours to make some heat in the case and it was quiet. When i turn on the computer its also quiet. It was quiet when i bought it...

The actual thing here is, i had a different case 1 month ago with a different PSU (Sivlerstone ST60F - a bad quality one yes) which after a few days of use started making the same (even louder - i suppose cuz of bad quality) noise. So i returned the Silverstone one and bought the Corsair one. I also bought the case just to get better airflow etc. (NZXT s340) so im sure the heat is not an issue here.

Both PSUs were new when i've bought them. And now the same thing is happening. What a coincidence... or not? That is the issue here.

Could other components be the problem and the reason for a PSU to break down (the fan), or i am jsut unlucky and bought two PSUs from a different reseller with the same problem. I live in Europe so the quality of electricity cant be an issue tbh. I must say the noise PSU is making is not a high RPM noise, its just a broken uneven weird noise.
Can the motherboard be the issue, or maybe the CPU ? If i return this PSU how sure can i be it wont happen again with the new one...?

My components:
i5 6400
16GB 2133 Samsung RAM
MSI B150 gaming m3 MOBO
msi gtx 960 2gb
s340 nzxt case
2x HDD and 2x SSD
3x120 fans.

Solution
Tighten the mounting screws for the PSU and see if that makes a difference. It almost sounds like something is loose and is therefore vibrating in sympathy with a fan or some harmonic of something else that moves.
