Hi. Im thinking about build, but it's hard too choose the right way. My targets is:
Fm2+ a88x with athlon or a10 apu for ~100 $;
Am3+ mobo with 95W fx cpu, well I hope simillar price ~100 - 150$;
2 nd/3 rd gen i7/xeon with decent mobo ~200$;
4 gen cpus with 1150 socket is still overpriced, so I think I just go only for pentium/i3/low end i5;
Kaby lake pentium/i3 maybe ill await new cofee/cannon lake;

No chance I'd consider a fm2 or am3 build at this time they are completely pointless and will be destroyed by a g4560/b25 build for cheaper.

How about posting a budget and what you do with your computer and maybe someone can make an actual Suggestion

Well I have crappy laptop with 2 nd gen i5. I think everything parts from a list will outperform it with decent gpu. Older parts just be temporary, when I feel performance decrease I think I will go newer system anyway. All I wanna do play some older games but also and new with decent fps rate, and bit workstation pc. What I need now, just BASE cpu + mobo. It can be pentium for ~50 $ and premium z board for ~150 $ cause im thinking about upgrade down the road. So my budget ~ 200$ for cpu and mobo... But how I say, I don't wanna waste money for new 400 $ i7 and premium board for 200$, if I gonna be okay with older system few years ahead for less...
