Hi guys! Im new to this forum.I want to ask something: So 2 weeks ago i bought a new PC,with MSI GTX 1060 3GB .. i bought and new monitor, with DVI D port ,so i can use the GPU,when i plugged the DVI cable, the Monitor said 'Cable not connected' ,so i plugged and the VGA cable ,which is for the Integrated graphics and everything was OK.I tried chaning the BIOS setting from Integrated to PCIe ,but then the monitor showed No Connection..then i changed to integrated again, and deinstalled both GPUs drivers, then i reseted the PC with the DVI cable only, everything was OK till the Deskstop showed..it showed for like 1 min and then..Cable not connected.I got adviced to Re install my Windows or to go for HDMI.My monitor is ACER G237HL,and the motherboard is Gigabyte H110M-S2V .I need your help guys..

The info I see on that monitor is that it has HDMI and VGA inputs, no DVI. The information I see on your integrated graphics is it is VGA and DVI, no HDMI.

So you can connect the card to your monitor with HDMI, since 1060s don't output VGA. Or you can connect to your monitor from the integrated graphics using VGA, since your monitor has no DVI input.

Since you obviously would be using the 1060, you need an HDMI cable.
