Ok, so I started assembling my first PC this weekend. And I've run into a major snag. I think I may know what to do, but I'm ignoring my instinct to just plug things in because they fit, for fear of not doing something right.

My issue is i have a few components with Molex connectors, and I'm unsure of how to power them.

My case is a Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow Edition, there's 1 Molex passthrough cable that seems to come from somewhere in the top of the case, so I'm assuming it has something to do with the front or top IO. There's one male and one female Molex coming from my Silverstone Cooldrive. And there are 2 Female Molex connectors coming from my NZXT Sentry LXE fan controller.

My Seasonic SnowSilent 1050 PSU came with a couple cables that are PCIE 6 pin on one end, and 3 Male Molex connectors on the other. I'm assuming that would be just as simple as it sounds, a converter to Molex because the PSU itself doesn't have any Molex ports. But again, I just didn't want to start plugging stuff in assuming it's going to work.

Please help. Thank you.

The 6 pin is not PCIe. You'd connect it to the power supply, one of the 6 pin Peripheral IDE/SATA ports.
As for the case. cooler and fan controller, read the manuals for how to plug them. Never assume.
