So I have a gtx 750 ti and i want to sell it for 100 euro and i ve seen that in my country an r9 380 4gb is reduced from 200 euro to 140 euro and rx 570 4gb is 220 euro + that i need a new power supply with gpu conectors, I ve seen one with 40 euro 550w with 2x 2+6 pin conector. So Should i take the r9 380 and 550w psu at 180 euro or Rx 570 at 220 euro ? (Im on 200-220 euro budget if i sale 750 ti)

Solution
IT depends on the make and model of the PSU that you have. Not all "550W PSUs' are created equal. And if yours doesn't have at least a single 6-pin connector, it must be a really poor quality unit. Probably a cheap 300W that is sold as a 550W.

Or are you just assuming the PSU has no PCI connectors because you haven't look for them?

Here's an "on paper" comparison of the two cards. http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-RX-570-vs-AMD-R9-380/3924vs3482
Only you can decide if you think it is worth it. Myself, I'd spend the extra for the newer, faster card.
Compared to the GTX 750 Ti, either would be a great upgrade... if your CPU is fast enough to keep up.

Use that chart in the link to compare the 750 Ti you have now with the two cards. That too will tell you if the difference in upgrade is enough to make the difference.

I know that Rx 570 is 20-30% Faster than r9 380 but if I buy the 570 i ll Dont have a psu with pin conectors and it will stay on My desk for a While and r9 with psu is only 180 euro rather that Rx 570 with psu that Is 260 euro. Thats 80 euro difference , and that means the price of the motherboad i Said. I Dont know , maybe I ll chose the r9 , it is still good for new games and AMD is known for future proof + with Ryzen 5 1600 will be good. Thank you for your opinion.

The answer depends on your needs. All you've mentioned is you are looking to upgrade. You haven't said why. So it's possible the 380 is all you need, it's possible you need more.

I myself would go with the videocard+PSU combo, since it sounds like you need a better PSU. Just make sure it's a good one, from a known good brand. Do not buy a cheap power supply.

Which PSU do you have now? The RX-570 only needs a 500W unit with an 8-pin connector. The R9-380 will set you back more for a 650W PSU. If you only have a small PSU with no 6/8 pin connectors then yes, you'll need a new PSU in either case.

I have a 550w PSU but not with pin connectors because my Strix gtx 750 ti doesn't require a PSU with pin connectors, that's why i want a new one. Why 550w wont be enough for R9 380? Only 190w for R9 and the Ryzen 5 1600 i want to buy only consume 75w and the rest of the parts doesn't use more power.
