Ok so, here's the problem: on May 11(?) around 9 or 10 o'clock in the morning, my wifi signal in my bedroom went from two bars to nothing. (I have centurylink, but that has nothing to do with it) up until this point, I have never had a problem with the signal, the modem being placed at the opposite end of the house, so I thought it might be because of the new metal roof we just started installing (which is finished now). Ever since then, I have been confined to the two rooms closest to the modem (the living room, and the den, where the modem is located.) My bedroom on the other hand is located at the opposite end of the house, with my fathers room and a small storage closet in between. All this has been diving me mad, because in order for me to do my homework (cleaning my own house is work too, aye) I have to walk back and forth from my room to the living room in order to get good signal for videos and websites to load, etc. Is there anything I could use that could boost the signal, without having to do anything drastic like buying a new modem with longer range, or having to call the tech support people at centurylink, only to find that they don't know either? (I've heard horror stories about that.)
