The B350 boards overclock just fine, I dont know why people tell you to spend more money on an X370, the only thing an X370 brings to the table is SLi, even the VRMs are not any better, theres just more of them, theres a great video someone just posted about VRMs on AM4 boards, and people really need to watch it before commenting about them, AMD themselves only released X370 for high...

Neither the b350 or a320 boards will work for overclocking. If you plan to overclock you pretty much have to purchase an x370 board.

*The b350 board will "work" but it will not be able to achieve anything close to the x370 boards running stable.

I have the mortar b350m but also have the x370 gaming pro carbon, the vrms get upto 115oC on the mortar, but only under full stress load, prime95, IBT, Realbench etc etc, my x370 board gets upto 105oC at the same speeds and volts, so there's not much in it, considering my x370 has twice the amount of vrms and chokes, and was twice the price, I only brought it to prove a point, and remember, nothing you ever do will get them this hot again, everyday use, including gaming, neither of the 2 boards go above 70oC on the VRMs

Also as a side note, the x370 doesn't overclock any better than my b350, both run my ram at 3200mhz and run my 1700 at 3.9ghz with ease. https://youtu.be/JaQgj3PPTu8 stress test results are in the description.

I agree I also have the msi b350m mortar just clocked to 3.950 2 hours stable prime 95 at 1.375 v. I say if your the slightest bit interested in overclocking get a b350 and have fun. Just go slow. Seanie. I have not been able to get my ram to 3200mhz.
