The issue is that I don't have the knowledge to match the motherboard and others components with the correct gpu, so I need help.

The remaining parts of my pc are:
Motherboard: Asus m5a97 evo r2.0
CPU - amd3+ fx8320
Power - Thermaltake Berlin 630w 80plus
Ram: Hyper x Fury Ddr3 2x4gb 1866 mhz
Case: zalman z11 midi tower
Screen: Samsung 22'' s22b350 (hdmi) & hp prodisplay p222va (dp 1.2)

Have almost 300 euro as budget, i mostly play overwatch, wow, mobas.
If there are other informations that I didn't put in feel free to let me know.

Thanks in advance for the help!!

Yep, definitely your GPU has gone wrong and it is time to replace it.
All latest GPU's are compatible with your motherboard and considering your budget, the best bet from Nvidia would be the GTX 1060 6GB and from AMD would the the RX 580. Many models and makes are available for these GPU's in and around $300.
Also, these would be handled quite easily by the power supply you have and also wont be bottle necked much by your CPU.
