Ok so i'm using an ITX case for my pc, a Silverstone Sugo 13:

I'm going to buy a Sapphire RX 580 Pulse GPU for the next month but I'm a little concerned about the space in my case. Right now i'm using a very old GPU just for basic games, it's a Powercolor HD 4670, and here is what it looks like in my case:

I may have screwed up with the size of the PSU but it still fits. But my concern is since the Sapphire RX 580 has a backplate, it will probably touch the case of the PSU. Is this ok? Not really knowledgeable with electric currents but will there be no static electricity or something coming off and going to the GPU?
My PSU is a Seasonic M12II-520 Evo 80plus bronze
