Need (more than) some help upgrading my system, i bought 2 years ago, to a better gaming system

Current system:
ASrock 990FX extreme3 mobo
1TB HDD
Corsair CX500
Sharkoon VS3-V case (i dont know why i bought this. I really hate it)
AMD FX-4350
8GB RAM
Sapphire R9 270X 2GB

Approximate Purchase Date:: ASAP?

Budget Range: 300 euros

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming mostly

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Honesly no clue on this end so i would really like some input on this.

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: none

Location: Amsterdam

Parts Preferences: none

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: Not sure what this implies

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920 x 1200

Additional Comments: im just looking to get the most improvement in my system with about 300 euros. The stock cooling fan i got with my CPU is very loud especcially while the case is closed.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I simply want to play some games again but my system isnt very good and is very noisy.

Solution
the mobo is perfect. upgrade the case only if u have cash. but wont some case fans with LED appease u?
SSD is a good choice. once u have it, u wont use one without it.
that being said, i still feel u should get a rx580.

but really though. if u can spend like 600-650 euro, a ryzen 1600 with MSI gaming pro mobo with 1x8 gig of 3000/3200 ram and rx580 can be yours. u wont have to think abt a CPU upgrades for years to come with that 1600.
the AM3 is a dead platform. u cant upgrade that.

You should upgrade your graphics card and processor, I would suggest an rx 570 or 580 4gb depending on how much you want to spend, alongside an fx-8350 as to not bottleneck your new GPU.

A rx570+FX-8350 would cost you about 290 euros, and a rx580 4gb+FX-8350 would cost you about 310 euros.

I think the rx570 would suit your needs perfectly. but a rx580 would provide further opportunities to upgrade in the future.

-Would i also be worth to buy a new case? Because i dont really think this one cools everything well.
-Also would upgrading to an SSD be an option?
-And is the mobo okay as it is?
