If you learn how to do it yourself and are sure about how to do it (there's a lot of help available online), then the confidence of knowing it's done right comes with doing it yourself. Okay, now to answer your question. Are there any local computer shops that have a good reputation with their customers for doing good work? Please don't ask the staff that question... They're going to tell you that they do excellent work even if they do terrible work. Try to find people that have used their services and ask them how they felt about the service they received (or find reviews online if you can).
