Motherboard for overclock 7700k - stable 5ghz?

I want to be a cheaper price how can

Don't need extra adds on mobo...

Other parts is Corsair 16 gb ddr3000mhz and MSI Gaming X GTX 1060 6GB

Solution
Seeing I just got a 7700k and tried both the maximus ix hero and the asus prime z270-a, I can say they overclocked exactly the same @5ghz (same vcore) but the hero overclocked the 3200 cl14 ram just by enabling XMP and on the prime I couldn't do CL14, only CL15.
Didn't try higher frequencies but maybe over 5ghz it will be easier with the hero.

You need an Intel Z270 chipset motherboard, the cheapest I see on that list is the MSI PC Mate.

However, you pay for what you get, cheaper boards use cheaper components, so if you will get 5ghz, no one can promise that on any motherboard.

I wish you goodluck with your overclock! Obviously you need a good cooler, so don't forget that!
I'm at 5GHz @ 1.31 vcore using a corsair H105 AIO liquid cooler...with temps spiking upto 70ish degrees (85 on AVX stresstests). Gonna remain there as I seem to need 1.35+ for 5.1ghz and it isn't worth the hassle.
I researched quite a lot before buying a motherboard and to get upto 5ghz you need a good chip far more than a 400$ motherboard... so again, best of luck!
