Crossfire Rx 480s or Upgrade to Gtx 1080

In my current build I have one Rx 480 8Gb https://pcpartpicker.com/product/YHGj4D/sapphire-radeon-rx-480-8gb-nitro-video-card-11260-07

I can definitely get another one or I can upgrade to a Gtx 1080, not the Ti. I was thinking this one https://m.newegg.com/products/N82E16814125873

Get the single stronger card (GTX 1080). Yes, in many occasions the CF setup of RX480 ends up almost equal or marginally faster (I mean very very negligibly say 2-5 FPS faster) . So not a decent proposition at all-the RX 480 crossfire setup, considering the costs, clutter, extra power consumption and of course performance. Also driver issues are part of a multi-GPU setup

Single GTX 1080, all the way!

Always buy a single gpu. Not that crossfire isn't powerful still games aren't optimised.

Aorus one comes with the highest factory overclocked speeds and is the cost effective of the lot. Remaining two are pretty good too. Zotac has an extended warranty, though priced slightly higher.
Not much to choose from. You will be good with any one.
