I was wondering if there will be a problem trying to fit in 4 ram sticks (Vengeance RGB Ram) with the NZXT Kraken x62 on the MSI Z270 m5 Motherboard?

Solution
No, there's plenty of room between the socket and the RAM slots.

It will fit just fine.

May I ask what about that AiO cooler has you so hooked? Probably the looks... My point is, there are other coolers available with comparable performance and reliability for a much lower price.

The looks and the performance it gives is good, so a combination of both (I like to base my PC on both aesthetics and performance).

Reason for asking is I had read that it blocked the first ram slot on many motherboards and even saw some pictures like here: https://linustechtips.com/main/uploads/monthly_2017_02/IMG_1103.PNG.45df57b37472351cf1815edb25aa669c.PNG

Also considering that the Vengeance RGB ram is 44mm tall that might be an issue? Not quite sure.

Oh yeah... Sorry, I forgot that one had the hoses sticking out the side like that.

In all honesty, I don't know whether it'll cause a problem for you or not.

Yeah it seems hard to find out as I've been looking a lot into that, looks like I'll have to get a different cpu cooler or a 2 ram stick kit (even though 4 ram stick kits set all together look beautifully satisfying hahaha :D )

If you're getting an unlocked CPU, you could see an advantage from using less sticks. This applies even when a kit of four sticks and a kit of two sticks have the same capacity. Having less sticks puts less stress on the memory controller and can sometimes result in a more stable OC.

Please get at least two sticks. Dual channel is rather beneficial.
