System Specs Currently:

CPU:
I5 6500
MOBO: H110M-K from ASUS (Actually a good cheap MOBO)
RAM: G.Skill 16GB DDR4 2133 MHz
GPU: R9 380X
Monitor: 1080P 60Hz

Specs I want to have:

CPU:
I7 7700 or Ryzen 5 1600 (maybe a Ryzen 7 if I got the money)
MOBO: Any MOBO in the 75-120 dollar range that is good
RAM: 16-32GB of DDR4 at mid-high 2000s or low 3000s (if they have low 3000s I believe I seen some)
GPU: GTX 1070 or GTX 1080/1080 TI
Monitor: 1440P 144Hz

I7 7700 (Non K)

I am thinking of this CPU because I know every GPU on the market (even sli/crossfire) will run at full potential, with okay --> good streaming performance.

Ryzen 5 1600 (Non X)

I am thinking of this CPU because it has good --> great streaming performance, but what is turning me away is the Raw gaming performance (dont got money for a gaming and streaming PC). Also the other thing turning me away from this one is I am not to sure if this CPU can run a 1080/1080 TI with no bottleneck or even a 1070, cause I know my CPU will give bottleneck in some games to the 1070 like in BF1. Plus its only just as good as the i5 6500 in gaming.

Question:

So should I go with the I7 7700 (Non K) and upgrade the GPU in the future. Or go with the Ryzen 5 1600 (Non X), not because the power, but because streaming performance and upgrade GPU in the future. Or go with a new GPU now and upgrade the CPU in the future and say screw streaming? Also will the Ryzen give better performance on a powerful GPU (e.x GTX 1080 TI) than my I5 6500 or will there be no difference. Or will my CPU be good enough for the next 2-3 years to play on reasonable settings and just go with the new GPU?

Solution
if I were you, I would go for the 7700 seeing that you already have a MB that will support the CPU. Then spend the rest on a decent GPU and monitor
100% what GR1M_ZA said.

While I do think the ryzen 1600 is overall a better CPU , the 7700 is still great & is a straight drop-in (with a bios update) upgrade with the components you already own.
Vs
Complete rebuild , new ram (because 2133 isn't fast enough for ryzen) & a fresh windows install.

Well I got windows CD, and for BIOS I got latest BIOS for the new 7XXX series CPUs.

Will my Hyper 212 EVO keep my CPU (I7 7700) at 60-65C while in CPU intensive games for hours (4-8)? It keeps my I5 6500 at 40-45 at max while gaming in CPU intensive games for 8-12 hours.

Okay I got good airflow my ambient is usually 18-22 with CPU at 18-23 sometimes spikes to 25 on idle. And my room is usually 60-70 degrees.

Awesome, thanks. Hopefully my stream performance does not drop 15-25 frames. (Depending on game)

Well, not really, unless I get faster RAM, it would actually be the same or cheaper if I only go MOBO and Ryzen 5 1600.

I play any game that looks good really, not a set type although I do tend to play CSGO and and MMORPG the most.
