Is my PSU fan on its way out? (link to sound)

You said its in eco mode, but fan shouldnt spin when system idle, was it under load?
Anyway if you sure sound coming from the fan of your PSU it must be defective, it may work for good time but if u can return/replace u better do it now before its not too late.

Well unfortunately I cannot return it to newegg cuz I already sent in the rebate which requires I remove the S/N from the box.
When the PSU is on eco mode, the fan turns off. The fan is always on while not in eco mode. Even while idle.

Yeah thats what I will have to do. I sent the video to them and they said they couldn't hear the chirp/chatter. I'm ganna send them another one. I have read that bearing fans can make noise when not spinning fast. I guess it does have a 10 year warranty! Just wanted to see if anyone else's fan sounds this way. THANKs
