Solution
For a system with a decent budget I would get a higher end power supply, especially with an overclockable CPU, RM series from Corsair, EVGA SuperNova, Seasonic, XFX Pro. Will be about $30 more but overall not much of an increase for a level better reliability and stability.
so u r missing a cooler, mobo and PSU and maybe a SSD?
go for Asrock killer SLi/ac z270 mobo and cryorig H5 ultimate cooler.
consider a PNY XLR8 gtx 1070 from amazon.
Team night hawk rams costs a bit less from newegg.
go for corsair cxm550 from newegg.
try a SK Hynix Sl308 250gb or crucial mx300 275gb for SSD.
