i installed new nvidia 520 2gb graphicas card in e8400 when i turn on pc it stuck on windows 7
i also installed nee Windows but same problem

e8400 is a CPU not the computer, what is the computer brand and model and the power supply brand and model? Does the system work fine without the video card? Is it a new card? If not, need to test it in another system with a good enough power supply to run it to make sure the card is good.

Try a BIOS update if there is one.
