A 1070 wouldn't be a bottleneck for an i5-3570. There would be any downside in performance. If you have the budget, then you can get the 1070 but a 1060 is more than enough. At what resolution are you gaming at? Are you using multi monitors for gaming?

At 1080P, a gtx 1070 would only be bottlenecked by a 3570 if and only if you are playing heavy CPU intensive games but the bottleneck would be barely noticeable.
Actually friend, a 1070 is an overkill for a single 1080p monitor. I would suggest you to save some and go with the gtx1060.

5 years will be fine for either. Do you plan to keep your CPU for 5 years too?

You are generally always better off spending less and upgrading more frequently.

If you're gonna use it for 5 years without changing the processor, then i would say that 1070 should be the choice as GPU is the most demanding factor in recent games. If you want to save some money and intend to buy a processor in near future then a 1060 would be the choice.
