cpu temp with watercooling

so, i just installed a new watercooler on my intel core I7 4790k, its a evga clc 120 1x 120mm fan. but my cpu temp is constantly between 60-65 degrees celsius. i think that is too high, anything i can do?
btw i overclocked my cpu. but just by 100mhz

it was pre applied to the cooler
