WINDOWS 7/64 BIT/OLDER SONY VAIO LAPTOP---Can anyone tell me how to fix the>>>>>> "event 41, Kernel-power" error, caused by>>" The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first."
I guess that is my main problem but while investigating I stumbled upon this one too>> when I go into "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\History 0x80070057"
This all happened immediately after I tried to remove PANDA security and install BITDEFENDER. Something went wrong during the uninstallation of PANDA, Then when the windows auto closed and reopened that's when it all went down hill. I am on the same pc know but it's like a basic windows/not like it should be but i am able to do everything i normally would.
Before i have to take it to a shop I would love to know if someone could walk me thru this or atleast if there is a software i could purchase that would really fix this problem? Thanks
