I'm here again. I discovered that if I click on the address on the line <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> I get this message:

I think that this is important. But I don't really know.

Yes. I have tried several USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0 port. I tried the USB 2.0 port because the computer complained that I used a USB 3.0 port. This External DVD has worked on this computer before with the same operating system, Win 10 pro, connected to a USB 3.0 port.
