My PC

1. MSI 970A-G46.

2. AMD FX-6300 Black Edition.

3. Corsair CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 Vengeance 4GB Single Module DDR3 Memory Kit.

4. SEASONIC 750W POWER SUPPLY 80+ GOLD.

5. ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 AMP! Edition - 6 GB.

6. Circle Cabinet with 3 Fans LED.

7. 2 TB HDD Seagate.

8. Logitech G 105.

9. Circle gaming mouse.

10. Samsung 21.5" LED monitor.

11. Cooler Master Hyper 103 Essential CPU Air cooler for all Intel / AMD Processors with Blue LED Fan.

I have many doubts,

1.My PC is now connected to a 600 VA APC UPS.Sometimes when I turn on PC,No display on monitor and No light on Keyboard. But CPU and Mouse are working,I can hear sound of fans running.

2. Sometimes display comes and during booting There comes a message showing system information and 2 options, F1 for setup and F2 to continue. I press F2 to boot.

3. I have installed Windows 10 Pro free version ( Purchased Keys,I'll activate in a day ) .So when I boot it takes about 5-8 Mins to boot.

4. I have purchased Corsair CMZ8GX3M1A1600C9 - 8 GB Ram. Can I connect it to any 3 ports available in order to make it a 12 GB Ram.

5. Is there anything I need to purchase in order to make it a Gaming PC.

I don't know much about hardware. So please help me with answers and suggestions

Thanks

Is this a new build, has it always done this? Was anything changed/added before the issue started? Did you check temperatures in the system? Could be a failing hard drive, could be bad power supply, really quite a few things. Try different RAM. Re-seat the video card, try with another video card.

No Its not ... I have recently added Graphics card,PSU,Mouse,Keyboard,Hard disk,Monito and CPU Air cooler

You changed all those at one time? And issue started right after that? Find the last thing you changed, undo that change, see if things are working better. Everything aside from the mouse, keyboard and monitor can cause issues. You changed the cooler, maybe it's not on right and overheating. Changed a bunch of other parts, maybe hard drive is bad or just needs a new Windows setup, power supply or video card could be bad.
