Im relatively new to pc building amd this is my first build using a ryzen 7 1700. Im waiting for my graphic s card to ship but i have every other component. I want to check and make sure everything is working. Will i be able to access the bios without a gpu?

You need to wait for your GPU to arrive, R7-1700 doesn't have an igpu, so you can't see the bios (it *may* post or *probably* not able to boot).
