Does the I7-2600 bottleneck a GTX1050Ti?

I am doing a build for a friend and I would like to know If the I7-2600 bottlenecks the 1050Ti. He has a 1050Ti and an I3-2100 and would like to upgrade.

Nop, they will work just fine. He will be mostly GPU than CPU limited on most new games that come out.
Probably with just BIOS update he can get i7 3770 if the price is not that much higher between those 2.

Maybe yes, maybe no, maybe both... You don't even specify what that system is going to be used for. He can as well have very low (1-2GB) RAM if he had i3-2100 in the first place. Sorry, but there is not enough data to give relevant answer.
