I have an intergrated graphics card on my motherboard but I want to install a Gtx 750ti

I recently found out that I have an integrated graphics card on my motherboard but my friend sent me a GTX 750ti so that I could run better games. My problem is that how will my computer know to run of the 750ti or the integrated one. (it's an all in one build from Best Buy) yes the 750ti is compatible with everything.

Certain BIOS settings decide which GPU will be used: integrated or dedicated. However, in most cases default values are set so if dedicated card is detected, it is automatically used. So if you have not changed that in BIOS, most likely all you need is to plug the 750ti and connect monitor to it and that's all.

If your system is super old (like from last decade) then it may need a bios update to support the 750.

Also there is no guarantee that your power supply will support it. Some 750ti cards require a seperate 6 pin power connector that your power supply may or may not have. Or if you have a slim PC or other with a 225w or smaller power supply it will still have problems.

The all in one model came out in 2014
