Nothing but problems with my new build. Now no audio

I built this PC 4 days ago now and have had nothing but issues. First I would get a blue screen about 5 or 10 minutes into gaming and it would be a memory management or service exception. So I did a fresh install of windows because I was sick of uninstalling and installing drivers, and all the other stuff I saw on here. So now I haven't had any crashing, but my audio no longer works. In either my front or back connectors, I only get a weird, whiney static sound. I could hear some things very faintly underneath this static for a little bit but that is gone now too. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling realtek drivers, disabling the GeForce audio drivers, and everything else I could think of. Could my motherboard be bad?
