Well, I have been thinking about building a new PC but I have a problem. It is the first one so I don't really know what to choose.
I had in mind this specs:
Gygabyte GA Z270- HD3- 1151
Intel Core i7 7700
GTX 1080 ti Asus Strix OC
2 TB
16 Ram
700 W source
Cooler Noctua NH-L9X65
Or a Coolermaster Nepton 120 XL Watercooling
The problem here is that I have read a lot of articles saying that the i7 has a LOT of problems with overheating. I mean, I won't overclock it, will I have any problems with any of those coolers? Which should I choose? Any suggestion apart from that is also useful. I would really appreciate your answer.

Solution
The i7-7700 (non-K) does not overclock and you would not need a Z270 motherboard. The i7-7700K does allow overclock, but also comes with a higher stock clock that (based on numerous user reports) runs it pretty hot. The coolers you mentioned might be sufficient, but I would go with something a bit beefier like a be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 or Cryorig R1 Ultimate, I suppose you could go with the Noctua NH-D15 if you don't mind the color. Other lesser coolers I would consider are the Cryorig H5 or H7. If you want water cooling you will want at least an 240mm radiator that will cost you at least $100.

You didn't mention your power supply make/model, which is the most important part of your system. I would recommend something like an...

Also, your case will determine your CPU cooler compatibility, so keep that in mind.
