Solution
Quick Explanation:
Integrated Graphics Card: Sometimes called as iGPU or IGP is a GPU that embedded on system chipset or the CPU.
It doesn't have it's own memory instead it relies on system RAM. They are un-upgradeable, but the amount of shared memory (often called as DVMT or VGA Aperture Size) can be increased from system BIOS.
Dedicated Graphics Card: Sometimes called as Discrete GPU or just Video card. That is a GPU that installed to your system and connected to PCIe bus via soldered contact or MXM card module. They has its own memory, with different DDR implementation called GDDR.

how can i switch between the cards?
You can set it on the AMD drivers.

can they both runs the same game?
Nope, One active...

Nope, One active GPU at a time.

If you use a Dedicated GPU for real time rendering like games, then your integrated GPU processes all display output.

Hope it's help :)
