I7 7700k 3200 MHz Ram

Solution
The chipset only supports up to 2133MHz officially.
XMP is intels' solution to allow Memory manufacturers to easily support "out of the box memory overclocks"

In short, XMP = preset overclocks.
You simply have to enable it in your bios;
manual overclocking is only needed if you can't post after enabling XMP; which isn't likely.

Your question is a bit confusing: you say you already have memory at 3200 MHz but you want to get it to run at 3200 MHz and at the end you throw in overclocking which seems out of context.

At what speed is your memory currently running?
