I moved my computer this morning and it initially started up to the CMOS setup screen ("Press F1 to run setup, F2 to continue..."), but ~10 seconds later it powered off.

Now it won't start at all and there's no standby light on the motherboard.

Tried so far:
- Checked the PSU via the paperclip method and with a multimeter (all good)
- Reconnected the power cables
- Checked for stray wires causing shorts
- Replaced CMOS battery
- Reset CMOS by jumping the JBAT1 pins
- Removed graphics card

What else can I try before resorting to a new motherboard?

Good idea, but I plugged the monitor into the outlet and it's working fine
