Phone hotspot to PC over wifi?

Currently my PC doesn't have a wireless adapter (don't ask) and I've been using my phone hotspot. Recently my phone has been having connection issues, so I was wondering if there was a way to create a hotspot from my phone that uses its wifi connection, and so it can essentially be a wifi adapter for my computer. If it sounds confusing, I'll answer questions. Please help. I'm dying.

If you're dying, you should seek medical attention. Now to the real deal. Using your phone as a hotspot just wouldn't do for pretty much any task you want to accomplish. If it doesn't have a wireless adapter, go buy one of those USB adapters of from amazon for about 20-60 Dollars. I got one for $13 and haven't had too much of a problem besides the first few days (just go for 20-60).
