So, I'm not a huge tech guy, i understand the basics, but this has me stumped.
I recently upgraded from windows 8.1 to 10, but the problem wasn't immediate, it was weeks later, I just mentioned it in case it's important.
My problem is this memory leak I'm having, which seems to be progressively getting worse.
I noticed my computer struggling to run fairly low end games, which, granted, were poorly optimized, but something I should have been able to handle, now it's barely able to do basic functions, even when just starting it up, it's in the high 90% of memory usage

at first glance, it looks like this, further inspection shows this

for those curious, I did already go through regedit and set the start value to 4

this was also post restart, so it didn't impact it.
I'd really love to continue using this computer, It's not that old and was pretty expensive so if there's anyone out there who actually knows how to use one, let me know, because I sure don't
