I currently have a M4A87TD/USB3 with a amd phenom II processor with a sapphire radeon r9 290x 8gb GPU. I am currently having ram issues and am looking at upgrading my ram to ddr4 and also to upgrade my cpu to am4 or am3+. I am looking for a good motherboard which will work with my current gpu, although I know how to install the parts, I am new to looking for what parts are any good. I am looking to spend less than $700 all up for the motherboard, ram and CPU.

Does anyone have any suggestions to what parts to use.

That's a good one.

Sorry for replying and then immediately deleting my reply... I picked out memory that would have held your CPU back. It's fixed now, this list will provide an excellent upgrade.

I included a new power supply in case your old one is low quality or wearing out. If it's good quality and isn't giving you issues, no need to buy a new one.

Please provide me with the make and model of your current power supply so that I can determine it's quality. Low quality power supplies often fail at a young age and sometimes take other components with them when they fail.
