I've put my component into outervision with 100% CPU TDP Utilization this is what have come out https://outervision.com/b/4dWlnZ but I need second opinion, also with 90% TDP this looks like this https://outervision.com/b/4pJusD the number is smaller as you can see now.

My ram is running at 1600 MHz 1.6v via XMP, it's 9-9-9 cl.
CPU is overclocked currently, that 3500 MHz is in turbo boost, while normal oc speed is 3300 MHz. It also uses around 1.361xx vcore so ive put 1.37vcore there, obviously without OC it uses less. Normal speeds without OC of this cpu is 2800 MHz and 3100 MHz Turbo Boost. Integrated GPU in that CPU is disabled in bios.

My current PSU 500W Chieftec, this model http://i.imgur.com/oLvkWIc.jpg photo taken straight off the psu itself :p

umm if you need any additional info that might help determine the answer for this question, please ask.

So to my question then: I currently have Palit GTS 450 1GB GDDR5, I want to upgrade to used GTX 760, I'm either thinking of gigabyte windforce http://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N760OC-2GD-rev-20#sp or MSI https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/N760-TF-2GD5OC.html#hero-specification but I might go for the MSI as I will be buying it on site similar to ebay and that windforce just disappeared from there and they only selling MSI ones currently. If i will be able to I'll snach up that gigabyte, if not, then MSI.

Will my PSU be able to hold my system and GTX 760? Things I can do to decrease power usage of my system is:

1) Remove OC from my CPU completely and use it on it's default 2.8/3.1GHz speeds.
2) Decrease clocks speed on that GTX 760 (like using it in Gaming or Silent Mode, or decrease the clocks myself with MSI Afterburner)
3) Maybe remove that 200mm side panel fan? Will have to think about it, or remove something else, Usually I'm running 1 usb 2.0 device which is my logitech f710 wireless gamepad, the other USB 2.0 device i'm connecting is PS3 Eye Camera which serves me as a microphone and camera for communication/streaming)

Please Help, if you need any additional information just say and I will provide everything asap.
