I'm building an ultra budget PC for a friend and opted to go with the Intel Pentium G4560 and was hoping to get the MSI H110M Gaming Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard. PC PartPicker notified me that "Some Intel H110 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Kaby Lake-S CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions." However, this motherboard appears when I click "show compatible motherboards" from the CPU page on PCPP. Will I have to update the BIOS manually or is this compatible right out of the box? If it's not, will I have to update the BIOS manually every time there is an update available, or will it work automatically after the first manual update? Much appreciated!

How do I know if my current CPU is a Skylake? My laptop has an Intel Core i5 3210M. I'd prefer to use an H110M if possible, just to save every bit that I can. Also, I saw somewhere that you can update BIOS using a flashdrive and any other PC that you can use to put the update onto the flash. Would this work?
